Before you write
For a lawn question
Include your grass type and your rough location. Almost every answer in lawn care depends on both, and without them any reply is guesswork.
A photo helps enormously, especially one taken at the edge of the damage rather than the middle.
For a correction
These guides are built on published research, and research gets updated. If something here is out of date, wrong for your region, or contradicts current extension guidance, please say so. Corrections are made in the next edition and existing buyers get the update free.

Response time
Usually within two business days. This is a one person operation, so it is occasionally slower during busy weeks.
